Lokasi Kerja di : Jakarta Selatan

Persyaratan :

• Sales Administrator 
• Response incoming calls or email for product or price information
• Review required order paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain sales ordersand generate licenses
• Coordinates with Esri South Asia and Esri Inc for Sales Order and licenses.
• Account Administration Activities
• Maintain accurate opportunity and forecast data within the CRM system
• Support regional marketing team to report Esri Indonesia Marketing and Events activities
• Provide administrative support to the Country CEO, Head of Sales and other team members as needed 
• Skills & Experience Required:
• Proficiency in Outlook, Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English is preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from Business, Accounting or Business Administrative
• Age 23 - 30 years old
• 2+ years experience in administrative
• Assertive, self-motivated and highly detail-oriented with close attention to accuracy, have excellent customer service skills and be good organisers.
